It have been a privilege to working with Sarawak Museum Department on the conservation and preservation of artefacts from the Punan Ba and Melanau ethnic groups. Specifically, I have been working on the conservation and preservation of the Jerunai Kelirieng indoor with outdoor along with Punan Ba  burial poles artefacts. Over the course of 200 hours, I have documented and worked with a senior carpenter to ensure the artefacts are properly preserved. The Brown Furniture team has been instrumental in this work, and we have been entrusted to ensure the artefacts are preserved and displayed at the Borneo Cultural Museum as a reminder and history for importance of both artefacts for generations to come.
